The
Fairbanks Ship-It Ultegra Package Scale is rugged, fast, accurate, reliable and
easy to use. Simply place a package on the scale and read the weight. That's it!
Probably the simplest operating cycle there is. The Ship-It scale
maximizes your revenue opportunities by providing accuracy to 0.02 lbs. In fact,
this scale is certified for commercial applications and meets or exceeds the
requirements of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
Handbook 44. For packages below 60 lbs, the smallest division size is 0.02 lbs.
For packages greater than 60 lbs, the Ship-it automatically shifts to a division
size of 0.05 lbs. The shifting in division size gives you the most accurate
readings while providing the 150 lb capacity limit required by most parcel
carriers.

DURABLE : This scale is designed to handle the abuse that is usually
found in an industrial environment and therefore requires very little
maintenance. Direct loads of up to twice the scale's capacity will not damage
this rugged workhorse! The Ship-It scale is also protected from side shock loads
up to 100% of the scale's capacity.
FLEXIBLE : Fairbanks' Ship-It scale can be customized to meet the needs
of your work environment. Each unit can be interfaced with a computer using the
standard RS232C output. A variety of workstation designs can be supported. To maximize operator efficiency, a ball transfer conveyor cover is
available.
The ROLLER TOP version is extremely handy in applications where the volume of packages is high or where the average weight of the packages is heavy. No need to actually lift the package as the roller top allows for packages to easy be rolled or slid on and off the scale. This is also extremely efficient in applications where the Ultegra is placed in a conveyor line.
